Dear member,
The next Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held during the 36th Annual International Rally at Wels, Austria on Tuesday 5th August 2008 at 10.00am.
Nominations for election to the committee are requested. In accordance with the Rules of the Club there are three places which may be filled.
Nominees for election must be fully paid up members of the Club for at least two years prior to nomination.
Nominations should reach the Secretary at least two months (60 days) before the meeting.
Motion for discussion at the AGM concerning amendments to the Rules should reach the Secretary not less than two weeks before the meeting, other items prior to commencement of the meeting.
